Personal training designed to help you get stronger, move better and feel confident in your body.
HELLO
I’M ZOË
Fitness has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. From playing netball and running to keeping active around work, family life and everything in between, movement has always been my reset button.
After many years in a creative career, I took the opportunity to retrain as a personal trainer – turning a lifelong passion into a profession. These days, my focus is less about counting calories and quick fixes and more about building strength, moving well and investing in long-term health.
As a qualified Level 2 Gym Instructor and Level 3 Personal Trainer, I help people build confidence through realistic, supportive training that fits around real life. My approach focuses on muscle, movement and mindset – helping you feel stronger, move better and create habits that last.
If you're unsure where to start, returning after a break or simply looking for a more sustainable approach to fitness, I'd love to help.
My Approach
My approach is built around three key pillars: muscle, movement, and mindset –
because real, lasting results come from more than just exercise alone.
Muscle
Building strength is at the core of what I do. It's not about chasing a particular body shape or spending hours in the gym – it's about supporting your metabolism, protecting your bones and joints and helping you stay strong, capable and independent for years to come.
Movement
By improving mobility, stability, balance and movement quality, you'll feel more comfortable in your body and better equipped for everyday life – whether that's carrying shopping, climbing stairs, playing with your children or simply moving with greater confidence.
This is where lasting change happens. Together, we'll move away from all-or-nothing thinking, quick fixes and unrealistic expectations, focusing instead on consistency, confidence and building healthy habits that fit around real life.
Mindset
I offer flexible, supportive personal training designed to fit around your lifestyle. Sessions can take place in my fully equipped home gym in Eastington (GL10), in the comfort of your own home or outdoors – whatever works best for you. Whether you're looking for 1:1 coaching, partner training or small group sessions, I'll help you build strength, improve movement and gain confidence at a pace that feels right for you.

What People Are Saying
“Before working with Zoë, I honestly wasn’t a fan of weight training or lifting weights at all. I truly believed cardio was the only way forward for fitness and health. However, since following Zoë’s programme my mindset has completely changed.
I can honestly say I feel stronger, more confident and far more positive about strength training than I ever thought possible. I would highly recommend Zoë to anyone looking for supportive, knowledgeable and personalised coaching.”
